Lupine Gardens is a special Interim facility that provides enhanced levels of support for clients that experience difficulty managing their own lives.
This program provides services typically not offered to clients in permanent housing; for example a full schedule of meals and housekeeping services are available by arrangement.  Located in Salinas, Lupine Gardens houses 20 clients.
Rent is 30% of income.  This property is a HUD 811 project, long term permanent housing, with referrals coming from Monterey Behavioral Health and an individual waiting list maintained for this specific property.
